Great news! Mountain Maps have shipped!

Some of you have noticed that your Mountain Maps have arrived in the mail. Congratulations. 

I have begun shipping out the "add-ons" starting with the mountain map. Keep your eyes peeled.

Here's some frequently asked questions that might save you a headache/heartache.

1. My map hasn't arrived yet!

A. Don't worry yet, things are still being shipped out

2. My map arrived damaged! What do I do?

A. I'll replace it! Sorry about that. Please email me at [email protected] with your name and address and tell me your map got damaged. I'll replace it asap

3. When will the books and blankets ship out?

A. I set the deadline for December 2023, but I'm hopeful I'll be able to deliver before then.

4. Can I get a Mountain Map too?

A. Of course! Check out my website here

We're hearing from some of you that you can't find the BackerKit email.  We're working on figuring out where the problem is on our end! In the meantime, if you haven't seen the email in your inbox or spam folder, please send us a private message with the email we should be sending the survey to.

You can private message us by scrolling to the top of the project, clicking 'Isaac' under 'Created by', then 'Contact me'.

Backerkit emails have been sent!

We send out an after-kickstarter email that helps us gather shipping information. To get your book (or blanket) you'll need to put in your address and thats it. 

You will also have an option to add onto your order if you'd like. Didn't get the blanket the first time around? No worries, you can add it in the email.

Look out for the BackerKit survey email in the next few days! This will allow you to finalize your order info and give you the option to add to your existing order.

If you wanted to add another book, blanket, sticker, etc. to your order, the emails will allow you to do that.

Keep your eyes peeled! Please respond to the email when you get it so we can get you the goods ASAP.

Here's the game plan....

Howdy all,

Here's a few things to expect for the next few months.

1. I will keep you updated as much as relevantly possible. I'm not going to badger you with meaningless updates, but I will keep a steady stream of important info coming your way.

2. I am going to try to see if I can ship out the Mountain Maps and Mountain Blankets early. I have the inventory right now and want to get it to you guys asap. (more updates on that as I figure out how to do that)

3. The delivery date is set for December 2023. As of right now, things are looking 100% good. No delays, no hiccups, no nothing. Last project was like this too. Things just worked out seamlessly. If anything does come up, I will update immediately.

4. Some of ya'll have declined cards. Don't make financial sacrifices to back this project! Just cancel the pledge and figure things out first.

5. I believe in customer service! I want this to be a good experience for all, so if things show up absolutely destroyed, or entirely the wrong order please reach out! Don't just suffer in silence. Email me at [email protected]
